The Center for Adult Learning and Literacy (CALL) focus on out of school education programes. The CALL represents whether the opinion and every single idea towards adult education (andragogy) either continuing education. The continuing education simply mentioned post-basic education as compulsory program. The basic education term traditionally is known as 3 R's achievement. Meanwhile developing skill, to improve knowledge and to build appropriate attitude are continuing education concern.
